GAS SPRINGS
Gas springs are mold parts that are generally used in force control in sheet metal molds and can have different properties depending on the shape of the part. The helical springs used in the past are now largely replaced by Gas Springs. This is due to the long lifetime of the Gas Spring and the ability to achieve more force in less space. As gas springs develop, gains such as error-free part production, low maintenance costs, reduced downtime, reduced number of operations and reduced unit cost are achieved. CONTROLLABLE GAS SPRINGS (WAITING SYSTEM)
It is a type of gas spring that works like a normal gas spring but you can adjust the return time as you wish. These gas springs are the latest technology gas springs that reduce the number of operations and thus reduce mold costs. Controllable gas springs are selected depending on the course, operating speed and force. Especially due to the heat released during the waiting time, the cooling type and connection type should be calculated in advance depending on the same parameters. As BKM BURSA KALIP MERKEZİ, we can supply gas springs with force up to 1500,3000,5000,7500 daN and stroke from 10 mm to 167 mm. We also provide services in terms of installation and technical support.

MANIFOLD SYSTEMS
Manifold systems are the most important and most useful force control systems in terms of efficiency. Manifold systems work with the logic of gas springs connected in series, but thanks to its features, it provides many advantages in part production. If we list them;
Manifold systems have a smaller size compared to normal gas springs and provide high efficiency in presses operating at high speed.

The most important feature of manifold systems is that the force increase is between 10-25%. In this way, the force increase does not exceed 25% at the moment when the course after the contact force is completed, thus both the ruptures in the parts are prevented and the life of the gas springs is much higher than normal.

Manifold systems provide higher quality part production because they spread the force evenly in every region.

It provides an increase in efficiency due to the fact that the force increase does not exceed 25% in molds with long stroke and high spm. In this way, gas springs have a very long life.
Near-zero leakage prevents downtime and reduces maintenance costs.
Manifold systems, which have versatile use in presses, can be used in different presses as well as in different molds.

Nitro-Cam is the ideal system to provide drilling, flanging, forming or trimming force. This unit can be easily mounted. It provides the greatest flexibility of any other cam product on the market in a mold at virtually any angle or position. Nitro-Cam systems are equipped with a built-in safety overload protection to prevent damage to the environment. In the event of an obstruction, the components block the cam's full travel and reset unaided. Compact cam units or force cylinders can be linked together so that multiple operations can be performed within the same tool, performed simultaneously, often providing the ability to produce parts with fewer tools. Nitro-Cam can easily be retrofitted into existing molds when engineering changes require additional holes or operations.

Cam units that perform punching and bending by converting the axial motion used in Sheet Metal Molding into angular or radial motion are among the important needs of Mold Manufacturers. As BKM Bursa Mold Center, we have 28 different types of Cam units, including Angular Cam units and Horizontal Cam units connected to the mold. In addition, we also serve mold manufacturers with the Hydraulic Cam Units of the Japanese Punch Industry company and the Hydraulic Cam Units of the American Hyson Products company, of which we are the distributor.

ANGLED CAM UNITS
It is a type of cam used for machining horizontally or downward angled surfaces. The drive and upper body of the cam are connected to the upper body of the mold, so it is also called Flying cam. As BKM, we have cam units from 50 mm width to 1600 mm width, from 0 degree angle to 75 degree angle in our product range.

HORIZONTAL CAM UNITS CONNECTED TO THE MOLD
They are cam units connected to the lower body of the mold and are generally used as zero degree. Some models can also be used at an angle. BKM has 8 different types of Horizontal Cam Units ranging from 0 degree angle to 25 degree angle depending on the width.

REVERSE CAM UNITS
As the mold moves downward, the cam turns the drive motion it receives in the opposite direction. This type of cams are called Reverse Cam units. According to the size of the working area, we have different types of Reverse Cam units from 90 mm width to 120 mm width.

ROLLER CAM UNITS
These are cam units that can perform angled operation in the up or down direction according to the way they are connected. The connection and drive block of such cam units are determined by the designer. Roller Cam units up to 5 tons according to cutting forces are available in our product range.

ROTARY CAM UNITS
Rotary Cams, which are generally used in reverse angle edge bending, can be made up to 250 mm width as standard. The working force limit of the cam can be increased up to 10 tons. In addition, Rotary Cams can be produced in larger sizes and tonnages for special demands.

FRICTION PLATES

Friction Plates are mold components that help centering in molds and are used on the rubbing surfaces of the mold. There are many different groups of friction plates according to material type and shape. BKM has friction plates starting from 4mm thickness in the sizes requested by customers.

Punching equipment consisting of Punch, Matrix and Punch holders used for punching holes in molds are used especially in cutting molds.

Carrying elements manufactured in accordance with CE norms are used for the transportation of molds. There are many carrying elements in different sizes and materials according to the carrying weights. BKM Bursa Mold Center has handling elements in all automotive norms and international standards. The mold spring is similar in structure to other springs. In short, springs are defined as machine elements that store energy when pressure, tension or twist is applied and return to their original state by discharging this energy when released. Springs used in the industrial field are produced using steel types suitable for the shape and size suitable for the purpose for which they will be used. They are usually produced in a four-cornered profile, coded with colors indicating the power range they will meet.
