BKM Technology has, EN9100:2018 (Technically equivalent to AS9100D and JIS Q 9100:2016 and compliant with ISO 9001:2015 requirements) Aviation Industry Certificate and NADCAP 7101/1 and NADCAP 7101/7 Certificates for Special Processes and serves many sector companies as an approved supplier.

Our company, which manufactures high value-added, technological products domestically with its expert engineer staff, production infrastructure, test capabilities and precision manufacturing experience, continuously manufactures new products and commercializes them serially.

All dimensional measurements of the parts we produce according to the project requirements, CMM measurement, 2D measurement, projection measurements are made in our measurement laboratories with special measurement equipment. In addition, Micro Vickers Hardness measurement analysis and measurement analyzes such as HRC, HB, HRB, Surface roughness control are carried out in our facilities.

BKM manufactures parts especially with Aluminum, Titanium, Nickel based materials in line with the needs of the sector.

In our company where sensitive complex parts are manufactured, many different operations can be carried out in-house. In addition, the assembly operation of the parts of the subsystems is also carried out in-house.

Test Sample Preparation

Tensile, Fatigue and Creep test specimens are produced in our company which has Nadcap 7101/1, 7101/7 certificates. Nadcap standard codes Z Standard Test specimen machining, Z1 Low Stress Grinding, and Z2 Low Stress Polishing operations are used in the production of test specimens.
