Our policy is as follows;

  • The purpose of the Quality Management System for BKM is to provide the necessary conditions to perform activities in accordance with the relevant standards and customer demands and to ensure the service standard within the scope of these activities,
  • To ensure that the Quality Management System requirements are integrated with the organization's business processes,
  • Promote the use of process approach and risk-based thinking,
  • To ensure the availability of the necessary resources for the Management System,
  • To share the importance of compliance with the requirements of the Effective Management System,
  • To ensure that the intended outputs of the Management System are achieved,
  • Recruit, guide and support people who will contribute to the effectiveness of the Management System,
  • Support other relevant management officials to demonstrate leadership (as applied to their areas of responsibility),
  • Emphasizing good professional practices and the quality of our sample handling processes when serving our customers,
  • To ensure that our employees are familiar with quality documents and apply policies and procedures in their work,
  • To ensure awareness of our employees by taking Occupational and Worker safety measures in accordance with legal regulations and by providing trainings to our employees.
