Testing and Validation

All controls, tests and inspections of the parts we produce, which are required from the material acceptance and included in the project requirements, are carried out by our company.
All dimensional measurements are carried out in our laboratory with CMM measurement, 2D measurement, Profile Projection special measurement equipment. In addition, various materials can be prepared in the Metallography Department, Micro Vickers Hardness measurement analysis, measurement analysis such as HRC, HB, HRB are performed.
Surface roughness control is performed on flat, concave and convex areas of parts whose surface quality is important.
Welding seam control, Penetration Welding Inspection and Welded Parts control are provided.

Truck Torsion Assembly
Torsion systems connected to the body of the trucks and the suspension system are produced in BKM as welded and non-welded.

Test Sample Preparation
Tensile, Fatigue and Creep test specimens are produced in our company which has Nadcap 7101/1, 7101/7 certificates. Nadcap standard codes Z Standard Test specimen machining, Z1 Low Stress Grinding, and Z2 Low Stress Polishing operations are used in the production of test specimens.
